SpektraLab for iPhone and iPad, version 1.0. Requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.

When you report a problem, please include:

• your device (for example iPhone 17 Pro or iPad Pro 13-inch) and its iOS or iPadOS version;
• the app's version, shown in Settings › Licences and credits › This app;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
• for a photograph that will not import or develop, the camera that made it and its format (for example RAW, ProRAW, DNG or HEIC).

The app keeps a technical log on your device for 7 days. Settings › Diagnostics › Export Log Zip gives it to you, and you can attach it to your message. The App Store version never sends the log by itself, and Settings › Diagnostics › What the log holds lists everything in it.

SpektraLab Plus and purchases

SpektraLab is free to use, with every colour film and paper, every Develop and Edit tool, and your Photos library. SpektraLab Plus is sold through the App Store as a monthly or annual subscription, or once as Permanent. The same Plus works on your iPhone and your iPad when they use the same Apple Account.

• Restore a purchase: Settings › Restore Purchases, or Restore Purchases in the SpektraLab Plus sheet. Use the Apple Account you bought with.
• Redeem a code: Settings › Redeem Code.
• Manage or cancel a subscription: Settings › Manage Subscription, or your Apple Account's subscriptions on the device (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Buying Permanent does not end a subscription you already have: cancel it there.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

We never receive your payment details or your Apple Account.

Your photographs

SpektraLab never changes or deletes a photograph in your Photos library or in a folder you link. Your edits, your shots, and the originals copied into the app are kept inside the app on your device; there is no SpektraLab account and no cloud sync. Copied-in originals are included in your device's backup. Deleting the app deletes what it keeps, so export what you want to keep first, or leave Settings › Save Shots to Photos on.
